History: He led a pretty normal life, normal family (he had a brother and sister), normal pets (a dog and a cockatiel), normal school life (although he was bullied a bit). He had always had a fascination with biology and strived for the best marks in school and university to be a scientist, which he eventually became, studying the biology of animals and humans for the entirety of his previous life until one day he learned the hard way that a little bit of alcohol could sway him over to insanity and he cut up one of his coworkers on a bench, ultimately killing them. He got a life sentence in jail at 23 and he spent the rest of his days in there until the bomb hit. 

He got his Rivoka phone from a jail mate-a little illegal trading was in order to obtain it. Let's just say an outdated heart for a phone.

Others:

-He has trichotillomania and pulls out his eyebrows and the left side of his hair, which caused him to get an undercut to make it look more natural

-He's got OCD for organisation and tidiness-as such, if anyone moves even a pencil in his space, he'll turn into a mess until he can place it back in its correct position

-When drunk, he takes on a sadistic side and is very willing to cut up anyone present
